Refund & Cancellation Policy

6 AM (UAE local time) is our standard take-off time.

Cancellation 72 hours before take-off is 100% refundable.

Cancellation 48 hours before take-off is 75% refundable.

Cancellation 24 hours before take-off is 50% refundable.

Cancellation less than 24 hours before take-off is non-refundable.

Any cancellation from our side due to technical snag/weather/ATC Permission will either be rescheduled or the ticket amount refunded within 10 working days.

All cancellation can be done through our website or by email at info@dubaiballooning.com only.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
